Neal McWhorter is a Principal at Enterprise Agility, a specialty consulting firm that provides leadership for organizations in the areas of business architecture and business analysis. Neal has extensive experience in business rules and business process analysis, having led multiple large projects as well as participating in standards work in these areas. Currently, Neal is focusing on the link between Business Architecture and Business Analysis, and he chairs both the standards efforts at the OMG Business Architecture SIG as well as the Business Architecture Institute. Neal is a founding member of the Business Architecture Guild and recently co-authored the book "Business Architecture — The Art and Practice of Business Transformation."
