Dr. Ken Allen has spent 40 years in IT for industry, commerce and academia.
For 21 years Ken has been running Skellbase, an information and data management consultancy providing services to banks, industry, commerce and government. 10 years ago he established QBQCompliance and during this period he has been developing rule software and the rule development process.
Ken's main current work is the development of an information modelling language for the British Army with an associated rule driven information and data repository.
