David Christiansen is an Application Architect at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, where he has successfully introduced the use of business rules technology to its Regional Agency Markets SBU. He is the creator of the Enterprise Rules Services Framework, an application framework for independent, standards-based services built on business rules technology.
