Warren Weinmeyer has over 30 years of IT and IT project experience with various planning, leadership, delivery, and analytic roles in companies ranging from small high-tech start-ups to multinational corporations, and in a variety of industries, including transportation, commercial software, manufacturing, entertainment, broadcasting, retail, utilities, consulting services, government, financial/banking, and energy. For the last dozen years, he has worked as an Architect at the Enterprise, Portfolio and Solution levels. A strong proponent of adopting best practices, he has built high-functioning Architecture Practices at two reasonably-large companies and consulted on practice improvements at others.
